Your Health Announces Rebecca Dillard as Chief Experience and Culture and Officer

Your Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Dillard as its new Chief Experience and Culture Officer, a leadership role dedicated to advancing organizational culture, elevating the resident and patient experience, and strengthening team engagement across the organization.
Rebecca brings decades of diverse and accomplished background in healthcare operations, hospitality, leadership development, and patient experience. With a strong commitment to service excellence and people-centered leadership, she will continue to lead initiatives focused on enhancing workplace culture while ensuring exceptional experiences for residents, patients, families, and staff.
A graduate of Clemson University with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Rebecca also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She served as a licensed administrator for nursing homes and assisted living facilities. In addition, Rebecca holds several distinguished professional credentials, including Certified Patient Experience Professional, Certified ServSafe Instructor, and Certified Dietary Manager.
