Why We Offer Hospice Care

Hospice care is part of how we honor the entire journey of health.

At Your Health, we’ve always believed in supporting patients—wherever they are, in whatever season they’re in. We focus on comfort, dignity, and peace. Offering hospice means continuing to walk beside patients and families, even at life’s most difficult moments.

What’s the Difference between Palliative and Hospice?

Palliative and Hospice Care both support people with serious illnesses. Both focus on managing symptoms and improving quality of life. But they serve different needs. Here’s how they differ—so you can find the right support at the right time.

Palliative Care

  • Begins early—at diagnosis or during treatment

  • Focuses on relieving pain and symptoms

  • Supports emotional and physical well-being

  • Works alongside curative treatments or therapies

  • Available at any age or illness stage

Hospice Care

  • Starts when treatment is no longer effective

  • Provides 24/7 support for patients and families

  • Focuses fully on comfort—not a cure

  • Supports dignity, peace, and quality of life

  • For patients with 6 months or less to live
