Welcoming the 2026 Your Health Summer Internship Class
Today, we proudly welcomed our 2026 Summer Intern class to the Your Health team with a red carpet entrance and warm welcome from staff across departments. The moment reflected more than just a first day. It represented our commitment to investing in the next generation of healthcare professionals and leaders.
This year’s intern class represents students from institutions across South Carolina and beyond, including:
Students pursuing studies in accounting, biology, business administration, chemical engineering, healthcare management, marketing, psychology, and public health will spend the summer exploring how their educational backgrounds contribute to the healthcare industry in meaningful and interconnected ways. While some disciplines directly support patient care and clinical operations, others play a critical role behind the scenes through financial stewardship, strategic growth, communication, analytics, innovation, and organizational support. From accountants and marketers to future healthcare leaders and clinicians, each area of study helps strengthen the systems, teams, and patient experiences that make quality healthcare possible. These diverse perspectives will foster collaboration, creativity, and new ways of thinking across the organization throughout the summer experience.
Throughout the summer, interns will have the opportunity to learn more about our value-based model of care, interdisciplinary teamwork, patient-centered approach, and the many ways innovation and compassion intersect within healthcare.
Programs like this help strengthen the future pipeline of healthcare talent across South Carolina and beyond while creating opportunities for students to explore how their passions and experiences can shape the future of healthcare.
We are excited to support their growth, mentorship, and professional development while learning from the unique perspectives they bring to the table.
Welcome to Your Health. We’re excited for the journey ahead. Stay tuned on social media to watch their summer journeys unfold.
