Purpose Path Ambassador Program Retreat

Your Health’s Purpose Path Ambassadors Retreat

Culture is shaped every day—in the way we communicate, support one another, make decisions, solve problems, and care for the people we serve.

At Your Health, our Purpose, Vision, and Values help define what we stand for. The Purpose Path Ambassador Program was created to help bring those values to life through the everyday actions happening across our organization.

Recognized by Their Peers

Purpose Path Ambassadors are employees selected by their peers because they consistently exemplify our values, positively influence those around them, and build meaningful relationships across teams.

Each ambassador has committed to serving in this voluntary role for a two-year term, helping strengthen connections and keep our shared values visible throughout the organization.

Ambassadors recently came together for a dedicated Purpose Path retreat focused on connection, communication, leadership, and identifying meaningful ways to support our culture moving forward.

What Does a Purpose Path Ambassador Do?

At the heart of the role are five actions:

Observe. Encourage. Celebrate. Listen. Connect.

Purpose Path Ambassadors:

  • Lead through influence, bringing our values to life through everyday interactions rather than titles or mandates.

  • Make our values visible by recognizing the actions and behaviors that demonstrate who we are at our best.

  • Celebrate others who exemplify our Purpose Path.

  • Listen to employees and help surface ideas, opportunities, and feedback.

  • Build connections across teams, departments, and regions.

They are also a resource for employees who may be new to Your Health, looking for ways to become more involved, or simply have an idea for strengthening the employee experience.

Culture Belongs to Everyone

Our ambassadors have an important role, but building a strong culture is not limited to a committee or a title.

Every employee has the opportunity to make an impact.

It can be as simple as recognizing a teammate, offering support, sharing an idea, collaborating across departments, or making a decision that reflects the values we share.

We encourage employees to connect with our Purpose Path Ambassadors with questions, feedback, ideas, or opportunities to make our values even more meaningful in the work we do every day.

  • Interested in becoming more involved? Additional Purpose Path Ambassador nomination opportunities will be announced later in the year as seats become available.
