Connect With Caregivers Through Our Telehealth Center
Telehealth Care can reach individuals
Acute & Comprehensive Needs.
“Through Telehealth we reach individuals in our community to be able to attend to their acute needs as well as comprehensive needs or a medication refill. At Your Health Org, we treat conditions such as colds, the flu, we can treat sprains, and evaluate for fractures by way of getting an x ray out there. Evaluating any x-rays at a patient’s home, and by then making the appropriate referral of various illnesses.”

Benefits of Telehealth for Patients and Providers
Telehealth is transforming the way healthcare is delivered. By combining advanced technology with compassionate care, it offers significant advantages for patients, providers, and the healthcare system as a whole.
For Patients
Telehealth improves access to care by eliminating travel time and reducing barriers like transportation or mobility issues. Clients can receive timely medical advice, chronic disease management, and virtual doctor visits without leaving home. This convenience leads to greater patient engagement and better long-term health outcomes.
For Providers
Healthcare professionals benefit from telehealth by streamlining operations and reducing overhead costs. Remote patient monitoring allows providers to track vital signs, medication adherence, and progress in real time—enhancing efficiency and ensuring continuity of care.
For the Healthcare System
Telehealth expands the reach of healthcare technology, making it possible to serve more individuals, especially in rural or underserved areas. It reduces unnecessary ER visits, supports chronic disease management, and fosters a more sustainable healthcare model overall.

As a courtesy to our patients, Your Health Organization will submit claims to your primary and secondary insurance providers on your behalf. However, the primary responsibility for the account is yours. Please remember to bring your most recent insurance card to your next appointment. Companies not listed will require you to pay for your visit prior to seeing our medical provider. -
It is optimal but not necessary for a telehealth visit to take place via video. Often a patient who does not have the technology for a video call will have a family member, neighbor, or friend who can give them the use of their smart-phone or computer for a visit.
-
Like an office visit, it usually lasts for between 15 and 70 minutes, depending on patient needs. The doctor or nurse practitioner performs the same functions he or she would during a face-to-face appointment, in the same amount of time.
-
A telehealth visit is a way for patients to receive non-emergency medical care at home and to avoid the inconvenience and discomfort of a trip to a doctor’s office, urgent care, or a hospital. The patient will also avoid spending time in a waiting room where there is the danger of exposure to the virus, the flu, or other infection.
-
Care might include: diagnosis, medical advice, testing, medication adjustments, treatment options defined, advanced care conversations, and additional services like home health or hospice ordered.
-
Any type of emergency care would not be available. A telehealth visit would not be appropriate to address bleeding, acute chest pain, shortness of breath—anything requiring an emergency room visit.
-
Some telehealth companies require a patient to be at least 18 years old. If an adult patient is unable to communicate, it is possible to have a telehealth visit with a family member or caregiver present to speak and act on their behalf.
