Leigh Rogers, MSN, FNP-C

Leigh was born and raised in England before moving to the Coastal Empire in 2001. He began his healthcare career in 2006 after earning his nursing degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Leigh started in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah and later expanded his bedside experience to the adult ICU and the emergency room. While working in the Emergency Room, he completed his master’s degree, graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2019.

Before joining Your Health, Leigh worked in urgent care, where he strengthened his diagnostic and clinical care skills. He also holds Biote certification, allowing him to provide comprehensive hormone optimization services.

At Your Health, Leigh focuses on caring for the whole person—not just a single problem. He supports patients in managing chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes, while also addressing common concerns related to hormonal changes during aging, including fatigue, mood shifts, and overall wellness. His goal is to help every patient achieve a healthier, more energized, and more enjoyable life.
