Dr. Jonathan Sack, M.D.

Dr. Jonathan Sack is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with more than four decades of clinical experience. He graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Faculty of Health Sciences in South Africa in 1974. During his first 10 years of practice, he operated a successful concierge-style clinic while also assisting in plastic surgery.

In 1984, Dr. Sack and his family made the remarkable journey to the United States by sailboat, ultimately settling in Hilton Head, South Carolina. He completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where he served as Chief Resident in 1994. Upon returning to Hilton Head in 2003, he opened Island Family Medicine and later expanded into obesity medicine, earning certification in Bariatric Medicine in 2008. In 2017, he became an early adopter of BioTE, bringing hormone optimization services to the local community.

Today, Dr. Sack practices with Your Health, providing comprehensive primary care supported by advanced diagnostic insight, a personalized approach, and a commitment to long-term wellness. He continues to offer his expertise in medical weight management, hormone optimization, and aesthetic medicine, where he is known for his natural, balanced results with Botox and injectables.
