Charlotte Sloan, APRN

Charlotte Sloan, APRN, is a seasoned Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a distinguished career in primary and internal medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Carolina in 1977 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing in 1982, also from the University of South Carolina. In 1994, she furthered her expertise by obtaining a Certificate of Primary Care from the same institution.

Charlotte has been a vital part of Agape Senior Primary Care, Inc. in Columbia, SC, since January 2011, where she is responsible for managing the medical care of primary care patients. Her extensive professional experience includes owning and operating Kingston Family Care, LLC in Conway, SC, from August 2005 to October 2010, where she provided comprehensive care in a family practice setting. She also managed Conway Adult Medicine from May 1996 to March 2005, focusing on internal medicine and nursing home rounds in a skilled care facility.

Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked with Health Care Partners from 1994 to 1996 as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a rural health center, where she assessed, diagnosed, and treated patients in a community-focused setting. Her career reflects a deep commitment to patient care and a breadth of experience across various healthcare settings, underscoring her dedication to providing high-quality medical services.
