A recognized healthcare operations leader, Blankenship has built a distinguished career helping healthcare organizations strengthen compliance, improve financial sustainability, and enhance operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has successfully led transformative initiatives that improved reimbursement integrity, reduced denials, streamlined operational workflows, and supported sustainable growth across complex healthcare environments.
Among her most recent accomplishments for a multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Blankenship:
Reduced organizational denial rates from 17% to 3%.
Reduced coding denial rates to approximately 1%.
Successfully transitioned outsourced revenue cycle functions to an internally managed model.
Led implementation of AI, automation, and EMR optimization initiatives.
