"Finding the Right Seat on the Bus": Brodie Wall on Growth at Your Health

He got promoted three times in four years and finally understood why

Brodie Wall, Divisional President of Operations, realized early on that Your Health did things differently. It clicked for him around his third role in four years, when he saw that the organization would rather move someone into a better-fit position than let them stagnate. They call it "finding the right seat on the bus," and it's a philosophy built on the idea that your best talents might belong somewhere other than where you started.

Brodie lived that firsthand, learning valuable lessons in each position before being promoted into roles where he could contribute more. What he's found over his decade with the organization is a genuine willingness to invest in staff and help them grow. He has found that Your Health does not simply keep employees, but develops them. It is a culture that treats internal mobility as a strength rather than a retention risk.
